Story of this movie based on an old mansion named Fatima Mahal in Lucknow. it is owned by an elderly man named Mirza. He has rented his house to Baanke named Youngman, and when Mirza asks him to vacate the house, he starts threatening him upside down.
Mirza seeks the help of some outsiders to get Baanke out of the house but he fails in it. Finally after exhausting he start selling this house. here a new problem arises for him. Archaeological Department officials come in the middle of the house, who takes out the notice on the house. The story of the scuffle between the landlord and the tenant, Gulabo Sitabo.
