In KGF Chapter 2, Sanjay portrays the villain, while Raveena plays a strong prime minister. Raveena, who plays Ramika Sen, describes her role as "the gavel to savagery."

Yash delivers a great performance and shows off his incredible screen presence throughout the film. Yash picked off where he left off in KGF 1. He conducted himself with the same zeal and vigour. He seemed elegant, rough, and tough, and the clothes complemented his swagger and demeanour. His expressions changed, becoming cruel, merciless, and scary at times and sympathetic and empathetic at others.

Srinidhi Shetty had a minimal screen appearance, similar to her role in the first instalment. She did, however, do full credit to her emoting.

As Adheera, Sanjay Dutt exuded might and frightened the audience. Though the parts with Yash and Sanjay Dutt are wonderfully written, Sanjay Dutt's age appeared on film, lowering the intensity levels.
